Paella Weekend
Join us for a cooking class weekend!
Your two night stay will begin at the Plaza Inn & Suites, where you will have a deluxe room for two. Once you have unpacked on Friday night, you will begin your cooking journey at Allyson's Kitchen on Main Street in Ashland. A wine tasting with hors d' oeuvres will get your journey started.
On Saturday, you will have a cooking class from 11am-2pm. You will learn from Chef Jeff Zydel how to prepare Paella, Andalusian Salad, Spicy Fried Almonday, Roasted Olives, and an abundance of other goodies!
After the class, enjoy the efforts for your lunch accompanied by Sangria.
On Sunday monrning, you are back for a brunch class from 11am-1pm.
